Device Inspection Software

is a comprehensive software package designed for regulators to perform and record NIST Handbook 44 inspections. The software supports all devices specified in Handbook 44, automatically calculates tolerances, and provides a comprehensive database of businesses and an inventory of devices.

 

WinWam Package Checking Software is designed for officials to perform standard and random inspections in accordance with NIST Handbook 133. The software automatically calculates MAV and interfaces with many different scales, automatically importing data from scale to the PC.

WinWam Fuel Sampling Software is used to track and record gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene samples in the field. Sample collection information can be sent to a LIMS System and the results of laboratory testing of octane, volatility, alcohol, and water content​ can be posted back into WinWam.

WinWam Price Verification Software is designed in accordance with NIST Handbook 130's Examination Procedure for Price Verification. It runs on a standard laptop or tablet PC and interfaces with several handheld scanning devices for streamlined data collection.

Hypertext Handbooks are online reference manuals allowing users to view regulations, search on topics, and print. Text can be cut, pasted, and incorporated directly into the WinWam inspection. An electronic glossary of terms is provided for quick-reference definitions. We support NIST Handbooks 44, 130, and 133.

WinWam Weights & Measures Portal allows for online registration, billing, and payment processing for devices (e.g. scales, gas pumps, taxicabs, mass flow meters), scanners, service agencies and technicians, and weighmasters.
